As a strategic advisor, JR uses skills and techniques from stagecraft and theatre performance, taking corporate leaders to the next-level in their communication, executive development, and strategic story-telling.
The Lead® is designed for the visionary leader who is either a graduate of Trust Your Voice® or who already possesses the experience, business acumen, self-awareness, and unwavering confidence to transition from focusing solely on their own leadership to creating more impact by using their leadership to create a better world for others.
Members of The Lead® are provided with a range of professional consulting and advisory services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching and VIP strategy days with JR.
TRUST YOUR VOICE® is a professional group coaching program that shows participants how to become the leaders they were born to be, so they can bring their unique artistry to all areas of their professional and personal lives.
By conducting workshops, seminars and customized programs specifically tailored to your corporation or team, JR uncovers the clarity and confidence individuals need to achieve leadership success.
Members of Trust Your Voice® are rising business, corporate, and creative leaders who know they were born to play a larger role in their professions and industries. Over the course of the program, they learn to align their values with their work, develop mutually-beneficial relationships with their teams, and discover, embody, and fully trust their voice.
Through a variety of JR’s renowned advisory, coaching, and hands-on opportunities to role play and solidify their communication and leadership skills, by the end of Trust Your Voice®, participants are able to claim their talents, achieve larger goals, call in opportunities and champion for their work and lives.
SABBIE™ is a private executive performance advisory experience that blends strategic communication consulting with executive performance coaching for leaders ready to reach their next level of impact.
Through preparation, two consecutive in-person days, and a month of advisory support, you'll work with JR to understand the inner critic influencing your leadership, communication, and strategic choices. Using her four-part framework, you'll examine the narrative holding you back and distinguish useful insight from assumptions that may be limiting your influence and authority.
Together, you clarify the vision you want to pursue, audit what needs to shift, and identify priorities for action. Over the following month, JR advises you as you put those priorities into practice, so you can move forward without losing your edge when the stakes are high.

ObOpp™ is a private executive performance advisory experience that blends strategic storytelling consulting with executive performance coaching for leaders to explore the larger purpose behind your work and the legacy you want to live now, not just leave behind one day.
During our one-on-one Strategic Storytelling VIP Day, we explore the obstacles, opportunities, and pivotal shifts in your story. Together, we uncover the through line connecting where you have been, what you have achieved, and the experiences that continue to shape how you lead today.
By the end of our day together, you can clearly articulate what you are here to transform, the deeper meaning behind what you are here to say, and how you want to lead as you continue to build your legacy. PERFORMANCE MASTERY™ is a private, high-touch, 90-day advisory engagement that blends strategic communication consulting with executive performance coaching for leaders preparing for a specific high-stakes opportunity.
Drawing on her experience as a professional performer and executive leadership consultant, JR works with you to craft your message, trust your voice, develop your signature presence, and refine your delivery through preparation, rehearsal, and feedback.
